2. Where is your manufacturing facility? Can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is open for visits. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
3. What is the delivery timeframe?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and custom design configurations.
4. What are your standard terms of payment?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
5. How are the racking systems installed?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of racking system. If required, we can also arrange engineering assistance to guide you.
6. Can you manufacture products based on custom designs?
Yes, we have extensive experience in customizing storage racks and shelves to match your exact floor plans and parameters.
