Warehouse Mezzanine Racking System
The warehouse mezzanine floor rack is to build a mezzanine on the existing work site or shelf to increase the storage space. It can be used as a two- or three-layer mezzanine. It is suitable for storing and storing light and small and medium-sized goods, suitable for multi-variety large quantities or multi-variety small quantities of goods, and manual storage and retrieval of goods.
The goods are usually delivered to the second and third floors by forklifts, hydraulic elevators or freight elevators, and then delivered to a certain location by light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks. Access and Safety Options
Swing gate
It opens inward to facilitate the input of merchandise from the exterior. It incorporates a lower bumper and an upper hand-operated latch to close it securely. Two gates can be set up for a 60" wide access, or a single one for a 30" wide access.
Up and over pallet gate
This kind of access offers maximum safety for operators loading and unloading pallets. The space is always protected because to access goods the opposite side of the railing must be pushed downwards. The height of the load to be handled may vary, depending on the sweep of the gate and the location of the pallet.
Safety zone
This constitutes the railing itself, creating a space for depositing goods when a loading and unloading area is required. The number of chain guards to install, and the separation between them, will depend on the norms in vigor within each country.

Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We are a manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.
How could I install the racks?
We provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide support to guide you.
What are main rack and add on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and an add on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack and 14 add on racks.
