The warehouse mezzanine floor rack is designed to build a mezzanine on the existing work site or shelf to increase storage space. It can be implemented as a two- or three-layer mezzanine. It is highly suitable for storing and organizing light and small to medium-sized goods, fitting multi-variety large quantities or multi-variety small quantities of goods, allowing for manual storage and retrieval.
Goods are typically delivered to the upper levels by forklifts, hydraulic elevators, or freight elevators, and then distributed to designated positions via light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks. It opens inward to facilitate the input of merchandise from the exterior. It incorporates a lower bumper and an upper hand-operated latch to close it securely. Two gates can be set up for a 60" wide access, or a single one for a 30" wide access.
