Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge a sample cost and will return it during the next bulk order.
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide engineering support to assist you.
The difference lies in the uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, and an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against a wall, the structure will consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
