In general, orders are delivered within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and specific shelving design requirements.
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance to be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge a nominal sample cost and will refund it during your next bulk order.
The primary difference is the number of upright frames. A main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, whereas an add-on rack is a continuation rack requiring only 1 upright. For instance, a series of 15 wall racks would consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks linked together.
