Are you a manufacturing or trading company?
We are a manufacturing company. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
What is your delivery time?
In general, orders are delivered within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and the specific shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Our payment terms are a 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), and the remaining balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge a nominal sample cost and will return it during your next bulk order.
How could I install the racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide engineer support to guide you through the process.
Could you produce according to customers' designs?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience in customizing shelves and structures to meet specific layout and space demands.
