Q: Are you a manufacturing or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and various kinds of display stands since 2001.
Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in a modern industrial zone. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
Q: What is the terms of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI), and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q: Can you produce according to customers' designs?
A: Yes, we have extensive experience in customizing shelving designs based on specific client requirements.
Q: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The primary difference is the number of uprights. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For instance, if you have 15 wall racks in a row, the layout will consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
